Our technicians strictly adhere to local, state, and federal rules and regulations. We are OSHA 30, EM-385-1-1 Safety & Health, Electric Hazard (workplace safety), NFPA 70E, and CPR certified.
24/7 System Monitoring & Diagnostics
We have a dedicated team reviewing and reporting system performance and managing critical system alarms/ alerts. These reports are screened daily to quickly troubleshoot issues on the DAS portal.
Field Service Engineers & Technicians
With two different teams of Test Engineers and Technicians, we prioritize field work based on the potential impact to system production and stakeholder obligations.
Power Quality
Our core team is made of power quality and design engineers. This translates to a thorough understanding of renewable asset, as well as the connected circuit (i.e., the grid and potential facility or plant load) which have impact on the quality of generation and any potential interferences on the harmonics and power-factor.
